At Danica Erard Millinery, we want you to love your purchase. Every piece is handcrafted with care, and we stand by the quality of our designs. Please take a moment to read our returns policy before placing your order.
Custom & Bespoke Orders
- For custom, made-to-measure or bespoke pieces, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is deemed faulty upon receipt.
- Please choose carefully and contact us prior to ordering if you need guidance on sizing, style, or design. Faulty Items
- If your item arrives and you believe it to be faulty, please email us at danica.millinery@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Items damaged through misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
- We reserve the right to inspect all items before determining if a repair, replacement, or credit note will be issued.
How to Return
- Contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Ensure all packaging, swing tags, and labels are included with the return.
- Return items must be sent via registered post (with tracking) to confirm delivery.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Repairs & Credits
Where applicable, Danica Erard Millinery will offer:
- A repair to the original item, or
- A replacement of the same item (if available), or
- A credit note to be used towards future purchases.
- Please note: Due to the delicate and individual nature of millinery, refunds are not generally offered unless legally required.
