We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

For special custom, made to measure or bespoke orders, we do not offer refunds unless goods are deemed faulty upon receipt.

Items that are damaged by you or in any other way, or as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Danica Erard reserves the right to inspect designs prior.

Danica Erard will repair, replace or offer a credit note based on item inspection. 

To return your item you must contact us via email within 7 days of delivery. Any packaging provided with the purchase such as swing tags and labels should be included with your return.

All return packages must be sent via registered post to ensure confirmation of return delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
